Median price of 4 room HDB increases by 1.5%, 5 room by 1.9% but 3 room drops by 0.5%.

Resale volume dropped by 4.6% year-on-year to 6,409.
Meaning?
Many buyers are now looking at the 13,000 units of HDB that would be rolled out in August 2023 and November 2023. And downward pressure would be felt with 16,000 HDB units expected to achieve minimum occupancy period in 2023.
Do you believe that the government could accelerate the decrease in HDB resale prices even more?
Would stabilising the resale HDB prices to pre-COVID period be detrimental to many HDB owners whose flats are more than 40 years old?
Would the current mass building of HDBs lead to a longer term over supply of HDBs and resulting in downward HDB resale prices 10-15 years down the road?
