Parcel B was awarded for Executive Condominium development.

Things to note:
1. There is perceived over supply of condominiums in District 15
2. There are currently 1,300 unsold new launched units in District 15
3. EC is perceived to be the more affordable options for many public house owners who were looking at upgrading their life style
4. EC is perceived as more attractive because there is no Additional Buyer Stamp Duty when the purchasers continued to stay in their existing home until the EC is ready for move in.
